You can fill out our secure travel request form on our website. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your travel options and connect you with additional abortion access resources in Texas and New Mexico.

Contact us as soon as possible. Appointments and travel arrangements can take time to coordinate, and acting early gives us the best chance to help you secure safe and timely abortion care.

A travel day for our Freedom Flyers starts early with a meet-and-greet at the airport with one of our Tubman Travel Champions. After introductions and a brief overview of the day ahead, our Flyers and Champion embark on the start of a transformative journey. They’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a light breakfast before boarding their flight.

Upon arrival, they are greeted by a team of support volunteers who take them to the reproductive care clinic they’ve selected. Once their appointment is complete, volunteers transport them to our Rest and Rejuvenation Center, where they can relax, enjoy a meal, participate in a creative project, or unwind in the garden. They may even receive a massage from one of our volunteer massage therapists.

When it’s time to head back to the airport, additional volunteers ensure that our Flyers and their Travel Champion are safely transported to the airport. Our Flyers board their flight home, carrying with them the entire transformative experience of meeting supportive women and a dedicated team that’s grateful to have been part of their journey.
